Double Fisting: This usually refers to taking two fists in the rectum, but can also refer to one fist in the rectum, and the other in the vagina or two in the vagina. This can be done by one who is quite experienced, but requires a lot of lube and time to allow the anus or vagina to accommodate such a wide load.
