And: Fulfillment with Ben-Wah Balls
Ben Wa balls, also known as rin-no-tama, Venus balls or Geisha balls, are a pair of balls, typically around an inch (2.5 cm) in diameter that are placed in the vagina for pleasure. They are often hollow, with weights inside, so that general movement of the body, such as walking or dancing, will cause ongoing stimulation inside tho vagina. Ben wa balls are often connected to a string to make retrieval easy. To keep the balls inside, a woman can squeeze her pubococcygeus muscle (PC muscle). Strengthening these muscles is a good idea for urinary incontinence and a few other health concerns (real or imagined), and ben wa balls are thought to be therapeutic.
Particularly daring women will sometimes go out in public wearing ben wa balls that are hollow and contain bells.
